He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas G. Foster and Elizabeth Myler Foster; and his former wife Nancy Bowers Foster. He is survived by: his wife Betty Young Foster; his children, Thomas G. Foster, III (Jennie) of Melbourne, Graham Foster (Kathy) of Batavia, Jenny Foster of Wilmington and Melissa Harp (Danny) of Sabina; his grandchildren, Andrew, Jordan, Brendan, Charlie Foster, Rachel Cuddihee, Sara Throckmorton, Hannah, Brady Harp, Gavin Hubbard and Grace Neanover; and his sister Jody Gray of Wilmington.
