She was predeceased by: her father Jack Fox; her daughter Ashley Fizer (Boggs); her father-in-law Howard Boggs; her brothers-in-law, Chic York and Mike Cooper; and her nephew Dominick Brady.
She is survived by: her mother Janet Fox (Wilhoit) of New Vienna; her close friend Kelly; her husband Chuck Boggs of Sabina; her son Adam Boggs (Becca); her granddaughter Tara Ashley Boggs of Hillsboro; her siblings, Kelly Cooper of Hillsboro, Scott Fox (Cathy) of New Vienna, Steven Fox (Brian) of Batavia and Mike Fox (Kathy) of Oklahoma; her mother-in-law Mary Boggs (Mongold) of Sabina; and her siblings, Howie Boggs (Kris) of Chillicothe, Kristi Adkins (Virgil) of Jamestown, Bruce Boggs (Nancy) of Sabina, Dora Brady of Sabina and Micki Sargent (Mike).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Shelly's memory to the Alzheimer's Association of Cincinnati.
