He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard and Clysta Gardner Pencil Horsley; and his son Kevin. He is survived by: his wife Gwen Jackson Pencil; his children, Sara, Celesta and Vanessa; his siblings, Ricky Pencil (Rhonda) of Springfield, Dana Horsley (Sheri) of St. Paris and Kenny Michael of Redding, CA.; his close friends, Buck and Debbie Hafle; and his sister Diana Hill. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
