He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah A. McKenzie and Helen Russell McKenzie. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Perrin McKenzie; his daughter Laura McKenzie (Paul Norby) of Rushville, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Danielle McCoy, Joseph McCoy (DeeAnne) and Zella McCoy.
