He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Penwell and Ruth Penwell (Fout). He is survived by: his wife Dianna J. Penwell (Salyer); his daughter Deidra; his son-in-law Matthew Barbian; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Barbian and Elizabeth Barbian; and his pet Gracie. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
