With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nicholas Vandervort of Sabina, Ohio, born in Clinton County, Ohio, who passed away on May 19, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas W. Vandervort and Mary Jones Vandervort; his former wife Phillis; his son Mark; and his siblings, David Vandervort, Bruce Vandervort and Beverly Roush.

He is survived by: his wife Virginia Gaskins Hock Vandervort; his sons, Michael Vandervort (Kelly) and Nick Vandervort (Edna); his grandchildren, Chanda Haines, Neil, Gretchen and Zackery Vandervort; his great grandchild Lelia; and his siblings, Judith Wilson, Nancy Kelly, Delia Stowers, Martha Vandervort and Nathan Vandervort.
