She was predeceased by: her former husband Dale Stewart; and her parents, Dorothy Hawk and Ray Hawk. She is survived by: her husband Charles Von Bergen; her children, Steve Stewart (Michelle), Jill Rorschach (Donny) and Jennifer Moore Sweet (Matt); her grandchildren, Madison Rorschach (Hope), Tyler Sweet, Christopher (Caitlynn Moore) and Trevor Stewart (McKinley Rorschach); her stepchildren, Eric Von Bergen (Robin) and Paige Tinker (Matt); her stepgrandchildren, Noah and Ellie Tinker; and her siblings, Janet Channel (Bob), Kathy Linkhart (Greg) and Jeff Hawk (Barb). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and grandnieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that Judy be remembered through a contribution to either the Breast Cancer Research Foundation or Hospice of Central Ohio (https: //http://www.hospiceofcentralohio.org), in Columbus, where she was when she lost her long battle with COPD and asthma.
