She was predeceased by: her parents, John James, Sr. and Effie Elizabeth Forsha (Long). She is survived by: her siblings, Sharon Sue Gersbach (Joe), Ronald Dean Forsha (Robin), Corgi and Harper. She is also survived by her four children; five grandchildren; one great-grandson.
