He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard, Sr. Dennis and Brenda 'Smith Dennis; and his sister Kathy Dennis Ludwick. He is survived by: his close friend Michael Smith; his sons, Joshua Dennis of Lebanon, TN and Wesley Dennis (Leslie) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Lincoln Joseph Nichols, Annaleigh Rose Dennis and Jonah William Benjamin Dennis; and his siblings, Cheryl Dennis (James Hicks) of Sabina, Richard 'Rick' Dennis, Jr. (John Henderson) of Terre Haute, IN and Gary Dennis of Sabina.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
