He was predeceased by: his parents, Everette Woodmansee and Mabel Hammond Woodmansee; and his siblings, Carolyn and Robert. He is survived by: his wife Sandra'Sandy'Billings Woodmansee; his daughters, Randi Harper (Mark) of Sabina and Kelli Norris (Bradley) of Lebanon; and his sister Jane Neale of Powell, Wyoming.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
