She was predeceased by: her father Jay Dane Tompkins; her grandparents, Susan 'Sally Wilt, Loy 'Jack Hayslip and Harold Rexford 'Rex Tompkins; her uncles, Brett Tompkins and Michael 'Loy Farquer; and her great-grandparents, Mary, Vernon Knisley, Jasper, Opal Hayslip, Earnest, Wilma Clifton, Harold and Dora Nadine Tompkins.
She is survived by: her mother Jacqueline Hayslip Furguson of Sabina; her sister Jena Louise Furguson (Cade Valentine); her grandmother Jeanann Tompkins; her close friend Danny Elbe Wilson; her stepsister Amanda Rae Furguson; her stepfather Ray Furguson; her aunts, Jennifer Ball (Tom) and Jandi Wilt; and her cousins, Beth Skaggs, Emily Blum, Amy Ball, Kayla Beatty (George) and Brettany Tompkins.
