She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ellis Leon "Joe" and Geraldine Dennis Gordon; her husband Larry Adams; her daughter Lori; her son-in-law Greg Pfister of Wilmington; her goddaughter Tasha Jayne Banki (David) of Texas; her grandsons, Brandon (Haleigh) and Bryce Pfister; her great grandchild Bexley Pfister; her brother Scott Gordon (Teresa) of Smithfield, VA; and her nieces, Leslie Gordon and Hayley Wiggins (David).
