He is survived by: his wife Carol Jansen Durbin; his daughters, Kaitlin (Cameron Conner) and Stephanie Ratley-Middletown; his grandson Cayse; his sisters, Jan Satterfield (late Roy), Joy King (late Jon), Julie Blackburn (Stan) and Jackie Wilks (John); his mother-in-law Mary Brockman; and his sister-in-law Rachael Peters (Kevin). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
