He was predeceased by: his parent Forrest M., Sr.; his wife Wilma Shank (Crain); and his siblings, Wanda Dixon, Ruth Schmidt, Betty Metzger, Mary Schmidt and Joyce Eicher.
He is survived by: his parent Mable Shank (Achor); his daughter Joyce Allen; his grandchildren, Nicole Williford (Joe), Hillary Tudor (Jeff) and Geoffrey Allen; and his great grandchildren, Eli Williford, Emma Williford and Natalie Tudor.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Honor Flight or the American Diabetes Association.
