He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cox Jarrell; his children, Penny Carter of Sabina and Tom Jarrell (Jane) of Wilmington; his grandsons, Andrew Jarrell of Aurora, IL and Matthew Jarrell (Courtney) of Sabina; and his siblings, Mary Powell (Harry) of Wilmington and Bob Jarrell of Sabina.
