He was predeceased by: his sisters, Eileen McCoy and Margery Simpson. He is survived by: his siblings, Vikki, Steven Setty and Robert Osborn; his son Dominick Bennington; his grandchildren, Patricia Bennington, Katie Bennington, Elizabeth Tucker, Hannah Bennington and Chance Bennington; and his great grandchildren, Carter Ramsey, Layla Vanscoy, Wyatt Irwin and Mason Irwin.
