It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Jane Barlow of Sabina, Ohio, born in Clarksville, Ohio, who passed away on November 18, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William McCollister and Opal Ann Sewell McCollister; her former husband John Settlemyre; her son David John Settlemyre; her grandson Jacob Juilfs; and her brothers, Robert McCollister and Leo McCollister.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Settlemyre of Martinsville and Linda Juilfs of Wilmington; her granddaughters, Jennifer Harter (Brent), Mandy Gillis (Josh) and Sarah Glover; her great grandchildren, Breyonna, Gabriel, David, Faith and Logan; and her close friends, Vicki Deeds, Trica Warner, Kenny Ross, Mike Walls, Annie and Allie Creachbaum.
