She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Gorman and Leota Gorman (Shaw); her son Leonard "Lenny" Gorman; her siblings, Judith, Jeannie, Betty Lou, Ruth, Buddy and Bob; and her nephews, Clay Phillips (Renee) and Chris Carroll.
She is survived by: her son Terry; her daughter-in-law Terri Gorman of Xenia; her brother-in-law Don Carroll; her grandchildren, Joseph, Christopher, Danielle, Victoria, Ashley and Tyler Gorman; and her nieces and nephews, Lynn Carroll, Pam Carroll, Christine Carroll, Debbie Fletcher, Steve and David Carroll. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
