He is survived by: his daughters, Tobi Fraley of Octa and JoAnn Holland of Oklahoma City, OK.; his grandchildren, Heather Ruggiero, Tristan Holland, Schuylar Holland, Daniel Fraley, Kelsey Fraley and Jesse Fraley; his great grandchildren, Wylie Charles, Lorelai, Zoey, Leon, Kinzie, Lily and Eli; and his brother George Kingery of Octa.
