He is survived by: his parent Shirley Mae Hastings (Mohler); his wife Kristin Hastings (Douglas); his children, Lewis Hastings, Jr., Aislinn Gabrielle Bowermaster and Ainsley Mae Hastings; his siblings, Jan Bivens (Guy) of Mount Sterling and Bobby Hastings (Gabby) of Columbus; and his sister-in-law Becky Hastings.
