He was predeceased by: his parents, David Vance and Kathryn Vance Ging; his siblings, Everett, Harlan, Harry, George, Evelyn and Virginia; and his daughter Robin Lynn.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Zimmerman, Holly Franey (Gregory) of Westerville and Randall Vance (Brittany McKinney) of Sabina; his grandchildren, Matthew Vance (Krystal), Brogen Griffith (Zechariah), Katelyn Smith (Jordan), Hillary Harr (Nick) and Devin Shinshock (Nicole); his great grandchildren, Avery, Chesney, Jeremiah, Chandler, Emersyn and Graham; and his brother Larry Ging (Shelia).
