With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobbie Jo Hazelbaker of Sabina, Ohio, born in Washington Court House, Ohio, who passed away on December 6, 2021 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar 'Doc Vineyard and Connie Potts (Jim Dunlap); her stepfather Russ Potts; her brother Larry Vineyard; and her parents-in-law, Robert Hazelbaker and Sandy Moore.
She is survived by: her husband Robert 'Bob Hazelbaker; her children, Wesley Anders of Columbus and Hannah Hazelbaker; her sister Melissa Vineyard of Franklin; and her pet LaFawnduh. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations, in Bobbie's name, be made to Faith Family Church in Wilmington, One Church in Columbus, or the Sabina Church of Christ, to be used for purchasing Christmas items for children in need.
