He is survived by: his children, Macenzie Hayes, Levi Ellis, Jeffrey Bodine Hayes and Tracy Hayes; and his brothers, Bob and Walt Hayes (David Graham). He is also survived by 9 grand children known and others, 5 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
