She was predeceased by: her sons, Danny Hayes and Kenneth Blackwell; and her brothers, Orville, Raymond, Earl, Clyde, Junior and Bruce Hayes.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Blackwell (Shari) of Rutland, OH, Donnie Blackwell, Randy Blackwell and Robert Blackwell (Shirley); her grandchildren, Amber Blackwell (Travis Hendricks), Arica Blackwell-Smith (Paul), Aja Blackwell-Collins (Shad), Shirley Keeton Mintor (Mycol) and Daniel Keeton; and her sisters, Erma Harper (Virgil) and Phyllis Dotson (Bob). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
