He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Jewell and Glenn Jewell; and his sisters, Louise Burbridge, Vingina and Evelyn.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Atkins Jewell; and his daughter Cheryl Lynn Jewell of Ithaca, NY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and friends.
