She was predeceased by: her daughter Susan Welsh; her parents, Ollie Chapman and Mable Chapman (Cordle); and her siblings, Jerry, Ollie Jr., Don, Johnny, Bill, Orville, Ida Snyder and Patty Martin.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Dale Underhill; her daughter Laura Baxter; and her siblings, Ernie Chapman (Helen), Ed Chapman (Becky), Lee Chapman, Betty Cordle (Darrell), Mary Brown (Mike) and Juanita Martin (Ray). She is also survived by Five grandchildren; Five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.
