She is survived by: her mother Karen Diane Kincaid Smith; her daughter Ladonna Gilpin (Leslie); her grandchildren, Emma, Adella Gilpin, James and Weston Hawk; and her sisters, Jill Oliver (Randy), Pam Cross (Christopher) and Terri Ward.
