He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Rathburn (Tammy Starcher), Robert Joe Rathburn and Robin Wood; his children, Devin Montgomery and Stacy Gaines; his stepdaughters, Ruby Wears and Mariah Shoemaker; his close friend Brenda Sharp; and his nieces and nephews, Jesse Wood, Tangie Wood, James McDonald, Joseph McDonald, Tara Wooten, Mason Rathburn, Ezra Rathburn and Silas Rathburn.
