He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Miller Bolin and Cecil Clayton Bolin; his sons, Ricardo Lee Bolin (Rick) and Joseph Craig Bolin (Craig); and his granddaughter Lindsay Bolin.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Turner Bolin; his children, Brenda Loper (Fred Starner) and Brent Bolin (Camille); his daughter-in-law Brenda Bolin; and his grandchildren, Derrick Bolin (Bethany), Zack Bolin (Sonya), Kyle Loper, Brook Jenkins (Gabe), Josh Bolin (Breanna), Clay Bolin (Michelle), Holley Wilson (Derrick), Adrian Bolin (Tyler Crawford), Cameron Bolin (Catherine) and Geneva Bolin.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bradford Church of Christ, Fellowship Hall (38260 Bradbury Rd, Pomeroy, OH 45769). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bradford Church of Christ (38260 Bradbury Rd, Pomeroy, OH 45769).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Meigs Soil and Water Conservation District for the upkeep of the New Lima Road Conservation Area would continue to honor Joe and his dedication to conservation.
