He was predeceased by: his wife Irma McKinney; and his siblings, Billy Lee McKinney and Anna Marie Bareswilt. He is survived by: his son Charles McKinney; his stepchildren, Dennis Boothe, Deanna Boothe, Tina Boothe, Tara Boothe and Jonathon Boothe; his siblings, Christopher Todd, John Wayne McKinney and Angela Smith; and his granddaughters, Mariah and Nevaeh.
In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be sent to Birchfield Funeral Home, P.O. Box 188, Rutland, Ohio 45775 to help with expenses.
