He was predeceased by: his grandfather Cornelius "Butch" Phillips. He is survived by: his parents, Rebecca McGrath (Anthony) of Rutland and Terry Jewell (Crystal) of Albany; his children, Alexander, Kaylee, Pyper and Ireland; and his siblings, Bradley Jewell (Amber), Dakota Jewell, Holly Wooten, Misty Murphy and Barbara Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
