She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Priscilla Fouts (Don) of Jackson, OH and Bobby Jo Smallwood; her daughter Jennifer Smallwood (John Schartiger); her grandchildren, Billy Joseph, Shawna Joseph and Zoey Schartiger; her brothers, Buford Smallwood and Carlton Smallwood; her nieces and nephews, Mathew Smallwood, Harley Smallwood, Chelsea Johnson and Kiara Smallwood; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Buford Smallwood III, Bambi Smallwood, Hunter Smallwood, Tifa Johson and Barbie Smallwood; her sister-in-law Susan Smallwood; and her niece Amber Roush.
