She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Perry and Grace Lenore Beekman Dugan; her daughter Lisa Lenore German; and her siblings, Junior Lowell Bobb, Robert Leonard Dugan, Harold Eugene Dugan, Lloyd Edward Dugan, Larry Joseph Dugan, Darrell Lee Dugan, Richard Paul Dugan, Sandra Sue Little and Shirley Alice Priddy.
She is survived by: her sons, Bob German (Mary) of Newark, OH, Tim German (Diane) of Newark, OH and Dan German (Tricia) of Newark, OH; the father of her children Bob German; and her sisters-in-law, Bea Dugan of Rutland, OH, Barb Dugan of Racine, OH and Shirley Johnson of Racine, OH. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
