It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Richard Hysell of Rutland, Ohio, who passed away on September 2, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hysell and Thelma Ebersbach Hysell. He is survived by: his brothers, Harold and Kenneth Hysell; his sister-in-law Twila Stewart Hysell; his nephews, Donald Hysell (Debbie), Gary Hysell (Sandy) and David Hysell (Penny); and his pet Pepper. He is also survived by six great nieces and nephews and four great great nieces and nephews.
