She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brown and Lucy Kathryn Barker Brown. She is survived by: her daughters, Letha Laudermilt (Teddy Slater) and Melinda Williamson (Kenton); her grandchildren, Trinity Laudermilt, Catrina Laudermilt, Steven Laudermilt, Teddy Laudermilt, Jason Laudermilt and Jimmy Jo Arnold; and her sisters, Nickel of Maryland, Patricia Witt, Connie Brown, Rose Brown and June Brown.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be given to Birchfield Funeral Home to help with Billie's expenses.
