She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lee and Ola Mae Hopson Harrell; and her husband John Dash. She is survived by: her sons, Ken Dash (Gina) of Lake Waynoka, OH and Scott Dash (Jo Ellen) of Huntington, IN; her grandchildren, Kenny Dash, Amberly Dash and Chaylee Anderson; her great grandchildren, Adalynn and Axsel Anderson; and her sister Jane Collingsworth of Morristown, TN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorial contributions be made Alzheimer's Association or Queen City Hospice.
