He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Adams and Linda Adams. He is survived by: his children, Ethan Adams (Casi Jetter) of Georgetown and Stephanie Adams of Georgetown; his siblings, Jeff Adams (Kathy) of Bethel, Rick Adams (Jill) of Russellville, Gary Hayslip, Melinda Brannan (Lonzie) of Decatur and Dawn Coleman; and his granddaughter Kaylee Jetter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
