He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie W Bingaman and Pauline M Bingaman (Verkamp); and his son Thomas Paul Bingaman Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Bingaman (Reggie Mosley), Angela Rockey (Terry) of Russellville, Jessica Bingaman, Kassi King of Georgetown and Josh Krick of Goshen; his siblings, Danny Bingaman (Debbie) of Fayetteville, OH, Doug Bingaman of Danville, OH, Robin Chambers of Blanchester, OH and Nancy Pratt of Danville, OH; his grandchildren, Kylie, Brennen, Aaron, Paige, Sammy, Tabby, Hannah, Cameron, Hunter, Trenton, Randy and Elan; and his great grandchild Ella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, social distancing and face coverings will be required.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Highland County Honor Guard.
