She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Lee and Edna Lorena Cooper (Moore); her husband Richard Lee Newman (Dickie); her siblings, Emmagene Cooper, Betty Rodenhizer, Mary Helen Gast and Thomas Clifton Cooper; and her great grandchild Makayla McKee.
She is survived by: her children, Martin Gene Newman (Marlene) of Winchester, Christopher Allen Newman (Dawn) of Russellville, Peggy Lee Fitzpatrick (Bo) of Morristown, TN, Tina Louise McGuffey (Jeff) of Georgetown and Paula Kay England (Jerry) of Williamsburg; and her brothers, Dale Cooper of Decatur and Gary Cooper of Winchester. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
