He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Smith and Anna May Smith (Gaunce); and his brothers, Frank, Sherman, Ollie and Orra Smith.
He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Smith of Russellville, Roger Smith (Pam) of Manchester, Dale Smith of Russellville, Ohio and Jean Wildman of Georgia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
