He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Myrl and Margene Lucille Rhoten (McNown); and his wife Juanita. He is survived by: his cousins, Mike Rhoten (Nancy) of Georgetown and Jean Ann Davis of Washington Courthouse; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Price of Russellville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ash Ridge Community Church.
