He is survived by: his wife Berta Moffett of Russellville; and his children, Buzz Moffett of Ripley, Durand Moffett (Jennifer) of Ripley, Belinda Moffett of Cincinnati and Monica Mason (Dale) of Russellville. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
