She was predeceased by: her father Jack Horsley; and her daughter Miranda Fields. She is survived by: her mother Rosalie Byrd (Workman) of Cincinnati; her daughters, Alexandria Horsley of Russellville and Aurora Fields of Cincinnati; her siblings, Michael Horsley and Linda Linthicum of Hamilton; her grandchildren, Mazzie, Abigail, Aubrey, Kayden and Bryson Fields; and her great-aunt Betty Sneed of Eastgate. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
