Evans (Pollitt) of Russellville; his sisters, Annabelle of Russellville, Ohio and Jaelynn Evans of Russellville, Ohio; his grandparents, Nicki, Harry Evans of Sardinia, Ohio, Joyce Pollitt of Hamersville, Ohio and Paul Jordan of Sardinia, Ohio; and his great-grandparents, Wanda Dye of Mt. Orab, Ohio, Mary and Bob Pollitt of Hamersville. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
