Forsythe of Russellville, Ohio, born in Georgetown, Ohio, who passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Steve Forsythe and Patricia Forsythe (Young) of Russellville; his wife Deborah Forsythe of Russellville; his children, Dennis Daniel Forsythe Jr. (Devin) of Dover, KY and Alexa Forsythe of Eastgate; his grandchildren, Lainie, Quinn and Oliver Forsythe; his siblings, Dave Forsythe (Robin) of Russellville, Frank Forsythe (Vivian) of Russellville and Stephanie McAfee (Donovan) of Russellville; his mother-in-law Veronica Gelter; his sister-in-law Denedra Gelter (Dave Farmer); and his nephews, Dalton and Jace McKenzie. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
