It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dale Mays (Russellville, Ohio), born in Irvine, Kentucky, who passed away on May 1, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Mays Sr. and Cleota Mays (Metcalf); his wife Etta Mays; and his daughter Nanette Campbell. He is survived by: his daughters, Sue Talley (Sam) of Winchester, Delores Chandler of Hillsboro and Patricia Lawson of Higginsport; his brother Wilson Mays Jr. of Georgetown; and his grandchildren, Joshua Chandler (Taylor), Devin Lawson (Stephanie) and Tyler Lawson.
Due to the COVID-19 Virus Pandemic, private funeral services will be at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Meeker Funeral Home.
