She is survived by: her husband John Otis of Russellville; her children, Steve Otis (Lisa) of Tampa, FL, Theresa Woliver (John) of New Richmond, OH, Lisa Black (Tony) of Ripley, OH and Elizabeth Morse (Darryl) of Russellville, OH; and her sister Jane Russell (H. L. Hansberry) of Amherst, VA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
