He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert McCullough and Evelyn Kisner McCullough; and his brothers, Ray McCullough and Denver McCullough. He is survived by: his spouse Laurie Bennett; his daughter Tara McQueen; and his grandchildren, Kai, Jordan, Chase and Payton.
