It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Sparks of Russells Point, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on March 9, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Noah and Dorothy Leona Kretzer (Isaacs). She is survived by: her children, Norman H. Penick, Jr. (Cynthia), Kelly Shaw (Doug) and Melissa Keeton (John); her grandchildren, Christina N. Shaw (Rodney), Elizabeth A. Penick, Douglas M. Shaw, Jr. (Maddie), Chevy J. Cottrell (Makayla) and Haylee L. Cottrell (Hayden); her great grandchildren, Izayhia K. Shaw-Gillispie, Kendra M. Shaw-Gillispie, Kyler J. Penick, Brayden A. Gillispie, Courtney R. Gillispie and MeKenzie N. Myers; her cousin Michael "Mickey" Kretzer; and her friend Shirley Jenkins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
