He is survived by: his wife Sharon L. Dunlevy (Armstrong); his children, James Dunlevy (Victoria) of Bradford, Tony Dunlevy (Diana) of Newport, OH, Don Dunlevy (Amy) of Gettysburg, Jerry Dunlevy (Kelly) of Bradford, Kevin Dunlevy of Bradford and April Blair (Jeff) of Piqua; his grandchildren, Ashley Richard (Matt), Laci Dunlevy, Keisha Dunlevy, Katie Wombold (Brian), Logan Dunlevy (Brittany), Madison Siefker (Kyle), Molly Dunlevy, Mallory Dunlevy, Mia Dunlevy, Ryan Dunlevy (Krissy), Brooke Dunlevy (Hadith), Melania Bominsegma (David), Matthew Blair, Dylan Blair and Carly Blair; and his pet Miss Lilly. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
